Soup.io
Soup.io is an innovative tumblelogging platform: A stress-free personal publishing system for
people whose needs lie between what a profile on a social network and a classic weblog offer. By
focusing on simplicity and ease of use and offering a variety of creation tools, it aims to lower the
barrier to publishing, collecting and "remixing" content online as far as possible, enabling more
people to become active producers of their own online presence.
Unlike a blog, which is optimized for text-based, longer posts, Soup's interface and skins are
geared towards the publishing of short, low-overhead multimedia messages at a higher frequency.
Text posts are just one of several equally prominent content types: There are also specialized
interfaces for posting images, videos, files (including audio clips), quotes and links.
Unlike microblogging services like Twitter, Soup.io gives people their own personal spaces with
fully customizable design and even the option to host it at their own domain.
Automatic imports from other services the user may already be using, as well as a bookmarklet to
easily quote content from elsewhere on the web enable anyone to effortlessly create content on
Soup, overcoming the psychological "blank page" barrier of weblogging.

Interactive Customer Assistant (ICA)
The Interactive Customer Assistant is a system consisting of several cross-linked components that should improve the quality of customer server particularly on the website. Self-care is the buzzword of today’s service divisions. The web generation of customers wants to do many things by their own and find all information directly in the web, without using a telephone or another additional channel.
Interactive means that the ICA is a living system that does not only profit from user-inputs, but depends on these inputs.
The central point of ICA is a database that offers different specially adapted answers for only one question, according to who asked. Users are accompanied through the webpage by a Chatbot which shows the customer all available information.
If direct contact is necessary for clarifying a question, the Chatbot can transfer the session to the Live Chat, but the customer can also choose the Live Chat directly. If no Agent is available, the customer has the option to leave an e-mail which is forwarded to the E-Mail-Processor and there directly assigned to the accordant speciality department by using routings and optical character recognition. The agent can use an intranet solution for answering customer questions. A constant analysis of all inputs from all four components is done for a persistent quality improvement to adapt all available information of the database directly to the customers needs. Different reporting tools offer an easy possibility of a goal-oriented data analysis.
