To become a Registered Partner, companies that do not have a
direct resale agreement with Cisco are required to review and accept
the terms and conditions of this Indirect Channel Partner Agreement
(ICPA). This agreement applies to resellers and to companies that
do not resell, but provide professional services related to Cisco
products.
