LocalDirector 410 (LDIR-410)
Problem Description
LocalDirector 410 can "lock up" after several hours of usage. The issue is attributed to the third interface (e.g., an Ethernet network interface card [NIC]), which is not used by the 1.x versions of LocalDirector software.

Problem Conditions
This affects LocalDirector 410 (LDIR-410) only when using software versions 1.6(6) or earlier.
This issue does not affect LocalDirector 420 (LDIR-420) or the original LocalDirector products (CA-LDIR).
Problem Symptoms
After several hours of usage (depending upon network traffic) since the last reboot, the LocalDirector 410 will stop passing traffic.
Workaround/Solution
This problem has been resolved in LocalDirector software version 1.6(8), available immediately through the Software Center (registered customers only) .
