This document describes how to obtain a master license for the Cisco Media Blender version 5.0 in a Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) environment.

Q. How Can I Obtain a Master License for Cisco Media Blender?

A. The Cisco Media Blender server is an element of the Cisco ICM Web Option product. The ICM Web Option requires the Cisco Media Blender software. The master Cisco Media Blender license is included in the Cisco Media Blender CD. The file name is CMB.lic, and it is located under the root directory of the CD (see Figure 1).

Copy this file to the \CiscoMB\license directory. Do not restrict write access to this directory. Media Blender writes a temporary file to that directory while it reads the license file.
