Cisco Content Services Gateway Service Manager
The Cisco® Content Services Gateway Service Manager (CSG-SM) is a set of tools that interface with the CiscoWorks desktop navigation user interface to perform Cisco CSG configuration management. The Cisco CSG-SM interfaces with the CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) to provide an end-to-end management solution for Cisco Mobile Exchange networks.
Cisco CSG-SM offers the following:
- Automatically activates, modifies, and deactivates services in Cisco CSG server farms
- Provides discrepancy analysis reports that help operators review configuration changes that could impact reliable network operation
- Integrates with the CiscoWorks desktop within the CiscoWorks LMS to allow ease of execution and use within a central management console interface
