End of Sales

No hardware will be orderable after this date through Cisco Customer Service or Manufacturing.

End of Engineering

No scheduled features will be developed for or added to the product after this date. Maintenance software releases supporting the above hardware will still be available through field support offices (FSO) and Cisco.com for customers under maintenance contract or for Cisco Customer Service Engineering (CSE) support until they reach "end of life." The customer is highly encouraged to migrate to new IP DSL products available at that time.

End of Life

A product reaches its end of life a minimum of three years following end of engineering; any issues with software or hardware beyond these dates will not be addressed. The customer will be required to migrate to new DSL products available at that time.

Discontinuing Renewal of Contracts

Existing service contracts will be honored. New contracts will not be honored beyond end of engineering dates.
