Product Migration Options
The Cisco E1/T1 ISDN PRI network modules (NM-xCE1T1-PRI) are software configurable between E1 or T1 operation, balanced or unbalanced E1 termination, and CSU/DSU. Customers no longer need to buy a specific module for T1 support and then another card for E1 connectivity. In addition, the same modules provide for balanced (120-ohm) and unbalanced (75-ohm) E1 termination. A cable adapter is available to adapt the card to your environment. See Table 3 for an overview of recommended replacement products.
Customers can use the Cisco Technology Migration Plan (TMP) to trade in products and receive credit toward the purchase of new Cisco equipment. For more information about Cisco TMP, go to: http://www.cisco.com/go/tradein/ The Cisco TMP application requires all users to have a Cisco.com user ID.
Customers may be able to continue to purchase the Cisco NM-1CT1, NM-1CT1-CSU, NM-2CT1, and NM-2CT1-CSU Network Modules through Cisco's Authorized Refurbished Equipment program. Refurbished units of the NM-1CT1, NM-1CT1-CSU, NM-2CT1, and NM-2CT1-CSU are available in limited supply for sale in certain countries on a first-come-first-serve basis.
