End-of-Sale Announcement
for Cisco 2501 and 2514 Routers
Last day to order Cisco 2501 and 2514 routers will be April 30, 2002.
October 31, 2001
Please note: This product bulletin does not affect the Cisco 2509 and 2511 routers.
The Cisco 2501 and 2514 Series routers have enjoyed a long and successful history since their introduction in 1993. As customer requirements for higher performance, advanced security, and multiservice applications have increased, the demand for feature-rich routers has increased as well. Although the Cisco 2501 and 2514 routers deliver reliability and stability, they do not offer the New World services that are essential for customers to fully participate in today's business environment. Therefore, the end of sale (EOS) for these routers will be April 30, 2002.
