End-of-Sales Announcement for the Cisco IP/TV 3410, 3420, and 3430 Servers and Cisco IP/TV 2.0 Software

Overview
Cisco Systems' Video Internet Services Unit is announcing the end of sale (EOS) of the following Cisco IP/TV® products listed in Table 1. New versions of the Cisco IP/TV products will replace the original versions as outlined in Table 2. Cisco IP/TV 2.0 software has been replaced by Cisco IP/TV software version 3.0.

Support Information
Cisco will continue to provide support for the Cisco IP/TV 3410, 3420, and 3430 Servers and other IP/TV related hardware products through the SMARTnet service program. Customers with SMARTnet service contracts are entitled to 24-hour phone support through the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and advance replacement of hardware. Cisco is committed to supporting these systems for a period of five years after the EOS announcement.
