For customers requiring DC-powered equipment, the Cisco ASA 5585 DC Power Supply with built-in fans provides up to 1150 watts of high-performance, highly efficient power. Two power supplies are required with each ASA 5585-X chassis, and the minimum software required is ASA Software Release 8.4.5.
