Cisco Network Connectivity Center (NCC) is a suite of a suite of software products that manages increasingly complex and distributed networks and IT environments in alignment with business priorities. Using sophisticated modeling, analysis, and automation technologies, Cisco NCC provides end-to-end insight into how intelligent network health relates to key business services. It automatically pinpoints service-affecting faults and calculates their business impact, minimizing service downtime while lowering operating cost and reducing business risk.
Cisco NCC builds on the Cisco Network Connectivity Monitor (NCM), a highly effective ready-to-use fault isolation tool that pinpoints connectivity problems in real time and identifies their impact. Cisco NCC extends the reach of the NCM to manage IT from end to end-across multitechnology, multivendor networks and operations support system (OSS), packaged, and proprietary applications. It also offers tools to manage business services and processes.

AVAILABILITY
