Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-support dates for Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.0(32)SY9. This announcement applies only to maintenance rebuilds of Release 12.0(32)SY9 but does not apply to Release 12.0(32)SY train. Maintenance rebuilds of Release 12.0(32)SY9 are identified by a lower case letter suffix. For example, the 1st rebuild will be numbered 12.0(32)SY9a.
Cisco IOS Software Release 12.0(32)SY9 will only provide bug fix support until September 30, 2010. After this date, Cisco Engineering will no longer repair or maintain Release 12.0(32)SY9. No new features will be delivered from this branch.
Software Migration Options
September 30, 2010 marks the end of engineering, maintenance rebuilds, and software fixes through rebuilds of Release 12.0(32)SY9. Maintenance rebuilds and software fix support after September 30 2010 will be provided only through migration to a later supported release of 12.0(32)SY or Release 12.0(33)S.
