Postpaid SIM cards
Postpaid SIM cards can be obtained from your service provider, an activation partner, or your IT department. Cisco is not responsible for SIM card activation.
You are not limited to using the SIM card included with your Cisco Cius. You can also use an existing or new SIM card which can be added to your existing service provider account.

Adding Cisco Cius to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database
You can add a Cisco Cius device individually to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database by using Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration. To add the Cisco Cius, see Preparing to Install Cisco Cius on Your Network.
Cisco Cius SP uses VPN to connect to your enterprise network and Cisco Unified Communications Manager. When transitioning from a 4G to Wi-Fi network during a call over VPN, the 4G connection is maintained until the call is ended.
When on an active call and transitioning from a Wi-Fi network to the 4G network, the call will be dropped.
