Step 13 Click OK; the Maintain Transport Gateway page appears.
A Customer Administrator registered for Inventory Services can maintain existing Transport Gateway registrations for which they are an administrator. Functions available to the Administrator are:
•Accessing Transport Gateway Registrations for Maintenance
•Delete a Transport Gateway Registration
You can access the Maintain Transport Gateway page several ways:
•On the Overview page select one of the following options.
•Performing a new Transport Gateway registration displays the Transport Gateway page as the last page in that registration process.
All of the above options have the Transport Gateways page appear; to modify a setting on the Transport Gateway perform the following steps:
The Transport Gateway Maintenance page displays the following information:
•Filter Registrations - these drop-down lists let you filter which Transport Gateway entries the Inventory and Reporting application displays in the table below the filter criteria.
•Transport Gateway table - displays the resulting Transport Gateways that were filtered from the options chosen from the above Filter Registrations drop-down lists.
Note The following buttons must have an entry selected in the table in order to become active for selection, and you must also be the administrator of those devices to perform the following actions.
•Delete - lets an administrator delete the selected Transport Gateway(s). See Delete a Transport Gateway Registration for more information on this process.
•Revoke Certificate - lets the administrator of a Transport Gateway registration, for which a certificate has been installed, revoke the security certificate for the selected Transport Gateway.
•Request Security Token - lets you re-generate a security token for a Transport Gateway registration. When the request is made an informational message is displayed indicating "New Security Token Successfully Requested". An email containing the new security token will be sent to the email address of the administrator.
•Edit Information - lets you modify the Transport Gateway name and description information.
•Maintain Administrators - lets you maintain administrators by adding or deleting administrators for the selected Transport Gateway. See Maintain Administrators for information on how to add or remove administrators.
Filtering registrations allows you to see a more selective view of all the data that is listed in the default view. To filter the view of the Transport Gateways, perform the following tasks:
Step 1 Specify those items you want to be your filter criteria from the various drop-downs in the "Filter Registrations:" area.
Step 2 After selecting your filter criteria (i.e. selected an Administrator), click Filter; this displays all the entries that meet the specified criteria.
The example in the previous figure used only the Administrator(s) criteria; the Administered Registrations table displays each entitled company and service that the administrator Sch_testthirtyseven is associated.
Note Click the hyperlink in the Administered Registrations table to access additional information about a Transport Gateway Name, Entitled Company, Administrator(s), or the registration history (click the date under the Last Event column).
Deleting the registration does not uninstall the Transport Gateway that is installed; instead, it revokes the security certificate of the installed transport gateway.
To delete a Transport Gateway registration, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Select the registration you want to delete (i.e. "NIB TG5").
Step 2 Click the Delete button; a confirmation prompt window opens.
Step 3 Click OK; the Maintain Transport Gateway Registration page appears displaying a message that the deletion was successful (see next graphic).
Note When the Transport Gateway is deleted the Inventory and Reporting application sends an email indicating that the status of this registration is now Unregistered.
To view contents of the Transport Gateway deletion email see section "Contents of email containing the Transport Gateway Deletion Details".
Note After deletion the Transport Gateway registration "NIB TG5" is no longer displayed in the above Registration page. A message under the tabs indicates that the deletion of the Transport Gateway registration was successful.
Step 4 To verify the status of the Transport Gateway use the Filter Registrations options. In the filter fields you can display the deleted Transport Gateway by choosing any of the following options from the drop-down list:
•Transport Gateway Name - choose the Transport Gateway you just deleted.
•Service - choose Transport Gateway.
•Status - choose Unregistered.
•Entitled Company - choose the company the Transport Gateway was registered.
•Administrator(s) - choose the administrator that registered the Transport Gateway.

Step 1 In the Transport Gateway Registrations area select the Transport Gateway registration you want to request a new security token for.
Step 2 Click the Request Security Token button; a message is displayed that indicates the status of the operation.

Step 2 Click the Edit Information button; the Edit Information window is displayed.
Step 3 Enter the information that you want to change then click Submit; the application returns to the previous window and displays a success message at the top of the window.
