The Windows Product Activation error with event ID
1000 is received in the event log of the Cisco Unity server.
This results in the failure of the Cisco Unity server.
In order to resolve the issue, you need to restart the Kerberos Key
Distribution Center service. Complete these steps:
From the Cisco Unity server, go to Start >
Programs > Administrative Tools >
In the list of services, double-click Kerberos Key
This pop-up window appears:
From the Startup type list, choose
Automatic. Click Apply and then click
Close the services MMC snap-in.
Restart the Unity server.
