This document describes the process used in order to create a problem report.

How do you create a problem report?

Navigate to Settings > About Device > Cisco Collaboration Problem Reporting Tool.

From this menu, you can select the time range when the issue occurred, and enter the email address where you want the Problem Report to be sent.

Click Create Email Report to generate the email.
