Cisco MeetingPlace Servers
Versions: 4.3.1a, 5.1.0x, 5.0.2q
When a Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook client attempts to delete a recurring series that contain meetings that are already past or in progress, the recurring series will be removed from the Outlook calendars but will remain in the Cisco MeetingPlace Server database.
The recurring meetings that should have been deleted will use up Server resources, such as ports and IDs.
Delete the recurring series using Cisco MeetingTime starting with a future meeting. You cannot delete a past meeting.
This is fixed in ConfSchd hot fix 4.3.1e, 5.0.2z and 5.1.1b maintenance release. Contact the Cisco MeetingPlace Technical Assistance Center to apply this hot fix.
