Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

When importing raw meeting detail information into M3, there was an issue with timeouts on the import. After roughly importing 200 records, the server would timeout. If whiteboard is disabled during the import, timeout does not occur.

Problem Symptoms

The server timeouts during import.

Workaround/Solution

WORKAROUND:

None

SOLUTION:

This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 5.0.0.23 hotfix. Please download the hot fix from CSRC.

Installation Instructions:

  • Run setup.exe to install MeetingTime 5.0.0.23
