Workaround/Solution

Download FA00173.zip hotfix from CCO.

MeetingPlace Notes Gateway and MeetingPlace Notification Gateway.

  3. Find LNNotify.exe on the MeetingPlace for Notes gateway machine. It is usually in :\latitude\MeetingPlace for Notes. Rename the existing one to LNNotify.exe.old and then copy the new one to that location.

  4. This Step should be perform by the a Domino Administrator. Install the new mail template, mail509mp_fa00173.ntf, on the domino server and redistribute the template to end users and the lotus user for the MeetingPlace for Notes gateway machine.
