Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

The following errors occur when a user tries to schedule a reoccurring meeting in which there is a time conflict with a MeetingPlace or Notes only meeting.

MeetingPlace
Unable to schedule the meeting for the following reason(s):
Error:[22683] Unknown digit - entered in numeric field.
Error:[22852] The length of meeting must be a number value.

Note:?If the user does not enable "Automatically check for time conflicts when scheduling" in their calendar under Tools -> Preferences, then they will not see the above error. However, the problems still exist and may lead to other side effects if it is not corrected.

Problem Symptoms

Users will not be able to schedule reoccurring meetings in which there is a time conflict.

Workaround/Solution

Fixed in 5.0.9 and 5.0.7 mail template hot fix built on 4/26/02. Fixes will also be incorporated in future mail templates.
