Christine Oldroyd is a technical leader in the Service Provider Systems Unit. She is responsible for Data Center Systems Architecture development, focusing on service delivery systems for everything-as-a-service (XaaS).
With 15 years at Cisco and more than 20 years in the IT and telecommunications industry, Christine's background includes systems analysis, traffic engineering, and network design for enterprise and service provider infrastructures. She has covered a range of technology areas such as Time Division Multiplex (TDM)/ATM, DSL/Broadband/Wireless aggregation, and LAN switching. As a consulting engineer within the CTO organization, Christine also worked with the router platform and IOS protocols development teams on provider edge router systems development and high availability, protocol ,and link scalability enhancements.
Christine holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University.
