This Terms of Sale and Software License Agreement governs (by incorporation or by reference) product and services purchases made pursuant to a letter or other specific agreement. These terms are also attached to the Internet Commerce Agreement that all Cisco customers worldwide must accept before placing orders online.
Terms of Sale and Software License Agreement by Region:
If you purchase project-related or consultancy services directly from Cisco pursuant to an Advanced Services Statement of Work ("SOW"), and if you do not have an effective agreed upon Master Services Agreement, Advanced Services Agreement or other master services agreement covering SOW-based services with Cisco, then any such SOW will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the SOW Terms & Conditions Agreement as of the SOW Effective Date, which is hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, the SOW by this reference.
If you purchase project-related or consultancy services directly from Cisco for resale to an end user pursuant to an Advanced Services Statement of Work ("SOW"), and if your Systems Integrator Agreement ("Agreement") does not contain the Exhibit for the Purchase and Resale of Cisco Transactional Advanced Services or equivalent terms and conditions for your purchase of SOW-based services for resale, then any such SOW will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Agreement and those terms and conditions set forth in the SOW Resale Terms & Conditions Agreement as of the SOW Effective Date, which is hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, the SOW by this reference.
Cisco maintains a Global Price List (‘GPL’) through which products are sold through our authorized partners and distributors. The GPL maintained by Cisco is the only legitimate source of information to access prices for Cisco products.
Considering the business sensitive nature of pricing data, the GPL is intended for limited circulation and only for specific, approved purposes. If your case falls within an exceptional scenario where you may require access to the GPL, please contact your local Cisco sales office so they may suitably guide you.
There are numerous unauthorized websites on the internet which falsely advertise themselves as providing pricing details for Cisco brand products.
As a Cisco customer, we would like to forewarn you that such databases may be run by malicious operators selling counterfeit goods, phishing for user data or acting contrary to Cisco’s commercial and brand interests. The prices listed on such databases are not authenticated and are more than likely to be misleading and redundant.
In your consumer interest, it is always suggested that all price related enquiries are routed through Cisco approved channels and settled based on the GPL. Cisco also applies best efforts to act against such databases through legal channels.
Whether you are a customer, a regulator, a market surveyor or any other interested party – we urge you to refrain from accessing, interacting and transacting with unauthorized websites to safeguard your best interests.
