As an organization within the Cisco Global Compliance Enablement team in Legal, the Ethics Office aims to ensure full compliance with the Cisco Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and investigates possible violations. We set ethical standards, provide educational resources, and respond to questions and concerns regarding the Cisco COBC and ethical business practices for all employees.
We work as an independent team to investigate reports of alleged employee-related business conduct violations, such as financial fraud, illegal acts, financial reporting control breaches, and violations of COBC policies. We also support investigations directed by internal or external legal counsel such as potential breaches of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and issues related to export compliance.
The Ethics Office reports to the Global Compliance Enablement team within Legal.
