Robbert Kuppens

Robbert Kuppens is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Cisco's European Markets region.

A member of Cisco's global IT executive team, Kuppens is responsible for driving alignment and collaboration between the executive leadership team in European Markets and the local and global IT functions. He is also responsible for helping his internal customers adopt Cisco's collaboration, communication, and virtualization products and services, and sharing those key internal lessons learned with external customers and CIOs. To enable Cisco's European Markets region to grow beyond a $10 billion business, Kuppens considers excellent customer experience, operational excellence, and leading by innovation as the cornerstones for IT.
Kuppens has over 20 years of experience in business and IT management. Prior to joining Cisco, he was a senior partner for e-Strategy at KPMG's Nolan, Norton & Co. At KPMG, he was instrumental in developing the e-business strategy practice across all industries, with a special focus on financial and industrial customers including ING and Philips. Prior to KPMG, he worked for Digital Equipment (DEC) and NCR Corporation.
Kuppens frequently speaks at major international executive conferences and lectures on Network Virtual Organizations and Enterprise Information Architectures at the University of Utrecht. To keep the pulse on innovation, he is on the board of advisors for two Dutch start-up companies and is partnering with the venture company BBV.
Kuppens holds a Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Utrecht, Netherlands.
Kuppens is a Dutch native and lives in the Netherlands with his wife and family. He speaks fluent German and English, as well as French and Spanish at a conversational level.

Umut Ceyhan

Mr. Umut Ceyhan is an Information Technology and Security professional with over 14 years experience in architecting and deploying security solutions across various industries at different scales and geographies. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from Ege University and a M.Sc. in Computer Network Technologies from Ege University International Computer Institute. He is specialized on IT security compliancy and regulatory frameworks and delivering Enterprise Identity Management workshops in Eastern Europe. As a guest speaker, he is continuously invited to key Identity Management conferences in all around Europe.

He is the author of numerous articles on the subject of IT Security, Applications Security and Identity Management and an active member of PrimeLife Reference Group, EU research project funded by European Commission's 7th Framework Programme, investigating trust and privacy issues.

Mr. Umut Ceyhan currently leads Oracle Identity Management EE&CIS community.

Θάνος Φαλάγγας

Ο Θάνος Φαλάγγας είναι Διευθυντής Ανάπτυξης, Διαχείρισης Προϊόντων και Marketing των Εταιρικών και Επιχειρησιακών Πελατών του ΟΤΕ, με  αρμοδιότητές που περιλαμβάνουν την ευθύνη για την ανάπτυξη προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών για μεγάλους εταιρικούς πελάτες και μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις, τη διαμόρφωση επιχειρηματικής στρατηγικής, ενεργειών προώθησης και marketing,  και την παρακολούθηση προγραμμάτων CRM.  Στο ενεργητικό του συμπεριλαμβάνονται διοικητικές θέσεις στη VODAFONE και την OΤΕΝΕΤ στους τομείς της ανάπτυξης υπηρεσιών και διαχείρισης έργων.
Κατέχει Δίπλωμα Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού και Μηχ/κού Υπολογιστών από το Ε.Μ.Π., MSc σε τηλεπικοινωνίες από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Λονδίνου και MBA Executive από το Οικονομικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών (ΑΣΟΕΕ).
