- Fall In Love With My Job Again™ Exercise – a template to assess what you find most valuable about your current job, or alternatively helps you evaluate if you need to make a career/job change.
- Career Values Exercise – a template to evaluate the most important factors and aspects of work, to help you identify future roles that will be better aligned to your goals and values.
- Resume Template (Word Format) – A simple resume template with additional guidance for how to articulate your strengths and values as a candidate. You will need to make sure that Comments and Markup features are turned on.

Cisco ANZ – Technology of Today – Veterans Virtual Careers Day
Welcome to our inaugural Cisco ANZ VETS virtual careers day. This 3-hour virtual session is for transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses, hosted by Cisco's employee resource organisation for veterans in the ANZ region.
The mission of the ANZ VETS team is to provide resources, mentoring, career guidance, and support to our veterans. We strive to raise awareness within Cisco to the contributions and skills veterans have as prospective employees and assist transitioning service members as they trade their uniforms for corporate attire.
The topics presented on the day are focused on helping our veterans find new and exciting career opportunities within the Tech Industry. Jobs in this field are not just limited to technical roles, but also include roles where other translatable skills can be leveraged in a fast-paced technology environment. Participation in this event also connects you to exclusive post-event opportunities to help you along your career journey and potentially even find employment at Cisco!

Our careers day event will also kick off our first Cisco ANZ VETS Mentorship Program. The program intends to match transitioning service members and veterans with Cisco employees in a “buddy” support system, providing a sounding board and career transition suggestions to help you plan and prepare for a career outside of the military, into the tech industry.
