背景資訊
SEG、SWA和Secure Email and Web Manager具有名為enablediag的服務帳戶。此帳戶通常使用串列控制檯在裝置上訪問，但也可通過標準的SSH訪問裝置來訪問。當無法遠端訪問裝置時，使用此帳戶。通過enablediag訪問裝置通常與思科支援和開放支援案例共同進行。
訪問服務帳戶
要使用帳戶，請在控制檯登入提示符下輸入enablediag，然後使用裝置的admin密碼。
enablediag使用者有多個選項也可用於解決問題，包括啟用服務訪問或重新配置管理介面的功能。
