无法获得拨号音的SIP IP电话的一个常见原因是有另一个具有相同分机的电话。从Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express 4.2开始,SIP电话不支持共享线路。因此,SIP电话不能在多个电话之间共享同一分机。此外,请确保为SIP电话调配正确的分机。
要解决此问题,请确保发生以下情况:
SIP电话已配置分机,且分机显示在SIP电话上。
没有使用同一分机配置另一个SIP或SCCP电话。
无法升级电话的最可能原因是缺少Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express闪存上的固件文件或tftp-server命令。
请尝试以下步骤以解决此问题:
检查必要的固件文件是否存储在闪存中。执行dir flash:命令检查闪存中的文件。
检查是否更新了OS79XX.TXT文件以反映正确的固件。79XX电话检查此文件以加载适当的固件并从SCCP更改为SIP。
检查以确保为每个固件文件添加了正确的tftp-server语句。请参阅配置TFTP部分。
确保为每种类型的SIP电话添加了voice register global下的load命令。请参阅配置语音注册全局参数部分。
为了进一步排除故障,请收集这些调试,以查看电话是否能从Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express闪存获得适当的电话负载。
Debug tftp events
无法调配电话的最可能原因是电话没有使用TFTP服务器选项的正确IP地址。
检查电话是否收到IP地址和正确的TFTP服务器IP地址。
确保添加了所有正确的语音register全局命令。请参阅配置语音注册全局参数部分。
检查是否在每个语音注册池配置下使用正确的MAC地址。
