Quando você coloca um atendimento a um sistema onde a rechamada da cortesia esteja executada, diversos aplicativos e processos são involvidos a fim oferecer-lhe uma rechamada, assim que você não tem que esperar no telefone quando um agente se tornar disponível.
1. As necessidades do atendimento primeiramente de ser CCB assim validado podem ser oferecidas se passagem da validação.
O atendimento é adicionado à fila de memória e os parâmetros diferentes são validados a fim oferecer uma rechamada. Por exemplo, o mínimo calculou o tempo de espera reservado (EWT), rechamadas exigidas, atuais da configuração de gateway de ingresso, número de troncos do gateway de ingresso atribuídos para a rechamada, etc.
O aplicativo do estúdio do atendimento CVP relativo a este processo de validação é CallbackEntry.
2. Se a validação passa, a rechamada da cortesia é oferta. Se a rechamada da cortesia é aceitada pelo chamador, a solução CVP CCB recolhe a informação de chamador. Depois que a informação é recolhida, um mensagem de saída está jogado ao chamador.
Os aplicativos do estúdio do atendimento relativos a este processo são CallbackEntry e CallbackEngine. Neste momento, desde que a rechamada foi adicionada ao base de dados o estado do atendimento é: Rechamada pendente (21).
3. A solução da rechamada da cortesia espera o EWT para expirar a fim colocar o retorno de chamada (rechamada em andamento (22)). A rechamada ocorre e o atendimento é aceitado. Neste momento o estado da rechamada muda ao terminado/ao conectado (estado 24).
O aplicativo relativo a este processo é CallbackWait. O estado do atendimento é: A rechamada termina (24).
4. O chamador espera na fila quando um agente se tornar disponível. Assim que um agente se tornar disponível o atendimento está enviado ao agente e a rechamada é removida da fila de memória. O aplicativo relativo a este processo é CallbackQueue.
