Probleemoplossing RIB foutmelding "ROUTING-RIB-3-LABEL_ERR_ADD: lokale label" toevoegen;

Inleiding

Dit document beschrijft hoe u het bericht "%ROUTING-RIB-3-LABEL_ERR_ADD: Local-label toevoegen" van Cisco IOS® XR Routing Information Base (RIB) kunt oplossen.

Beschrijving bericht

Om de reden en het doel ervan te verduidelijken, wordt een voorbeeld gebruikt, dat in verschillende onderdelen is opgedeeld:

Zoals in het proces van berichtdetails, ipv4_rib genereerde een fout bij poging van protocol Intermediate System-to-Intermediate System (IS-IS) - rib client 17 - om een lokale label 16111 toe te voegen voor prefix 10.0.0.111/32. Het label 24005 bestaat al in de RIB-database voor hetzelfde prefix eerder toegevoegd door een andere protocol - rib client 16. Samengevat, twee verschillende protocollen voegden een verschillend lokaal-etiket voor het zelfde prefix in het RIB- gegevensbestand toe. Dit is een foutvoorwaarde en het labelconflict moet worden gecorrigeerd en opgelost.

Begrijp het ontstaan van het bericht

Een foutvoorwaarde kan voorkomen in een scenario waarin meerdere protocollen labels uitwisselen, zoals wanneer u tegelijkertijd Border Gateway Protocol - Labeled Unicast (BGP-LU) en Segment-Routing (SR) gebruikt.

Overweeg het scenario waarin BGP-LU wordt gebruikt tussen hosts binnen hetzelfde Autonomous System (AS) om geselecteerde prefixes en bijbehorende labels te adverteren. Het prefix 10.0.0.111/32 dat bekend is via IS-IS heeft een lokaal label toegewezen door BGP zoals getoond:

De protocoleigenaar van het toegewezen lokale 24005 kan worden bevestigd en geverifieerd via de MPLS-labeltabel:

Zodra SR is ingeschakeld in het netwerk, dan wordt de foutvoorwaarde geactiveerd als IS-IS zijn eigen label toevoegt in de RIB-database. Dit veroorzaakt het labelconflict met het reeds bestaande en eerder toegewezen label van BGP-LU. In deze fase wordt de foutmelding gegenereerd door proces ipv4_rib en wordt een waarschuwing gegeven voor de poging van protocol IS-IS - rib client 17 - om een lokale label 16111 toe te voegen voor prefix 10.0.0.111/32 waarvoor al een lokale label 24005 is toegevoegd eerder door protocol BGP - rib client 16:

Met labelconflict op zijn plaats, zowel BGP-LU als IS-IS-gerelateerde outputs bieden extra details op het lokale label dat door elk specifiek protocol wordt toegewezen. De volgende outputs benadrukken elk protocol details met betrekking tot zowel prefix en toegewezen label.

In het bovenstaande scenario kan "%ROUTING-RIB-3-LABEL_ERR_ADD: Add local-label" voorkomen worden door Segment Routing te configureren voor BGP (SR-BGP) en gebruik te maken van BGP Prefix-SID.

Op alle knooppunten configureer dan een global segment Routing Global Block (SRGB) dat automatisch SR-BGP inschakelt:

Als SR-BGP in werking is, zal de voorwaarde "ROUTING-RIB-3-LABEL_ERR_ADD: Add local-label" niet langer voorkomen. Zoals hieronder getoond zal BGP de BGP-Prefix SID-index ontvangen met prefixreclame als wenk gebruiken om het lokale label van globale SRGB toe te wijzen.

Conclusie

Het bericht wordt getriggerd wanneer twee verschillende protocollen een verschillend lokaal-etiket voor hetzelfde prefix in de RIB-database en het belangrijkste te behouden aspect is dat deze label conflict foutvoorwaarde moet worden vermeden en de oorsprong ervan moet worden begrepen en gecorrigeerd.

Dit gedrag kan worden vermeden met het gebruik van SR-BGP en BGP prefix-SID.
