Hyperflex automatische ondersteuning instellen

Inleiding

Dit document beschrijft de automatische ondersteuning en Smart Call Home voor Cisco Hyperflex-systemen.

U kunt het HX-opslagcluster configureren om geautomatiseerde e-mailberichten over gedocumenteerde gebeurtenissen te verzenden. De gegevens die in de meldingen worden verzameld, kunnen worden gebruikt om problemen met de oplossing in uw HX-opslagcluster te helpen.

Voorwaarden

Vereisten

Cisco raadt kennis van de volgende onderwerpen aan:

• HXDP-cluster
• MTP-server
• HX Connect

Gebruikte componenten

De informatie in dit document is gebaseerd op de volgende software- en hardware-versies:

• HX Cluster versie 3.0(1c)
• DNS-e-mailserver

De informatie in dit document is gebaseerd op de apparaten in een specifieke laboratoriumomgeving. Alle apparaten die in dit document worden beschreven, hadden een opgeschoonde (standaard)configuratie. Als uw netwerk levend is, zorg er dan voor dat u de mogelijke impact van om het even welke opdracht begrijpt.

Configuratie

Configureren via HX Connect UI

Stap 1. Meld u aan bij HX. Klik op Instellingen bewerken (pictogram vistuig) en kies Instellingen voor automatische ondersteuning, zoals in de afbeelding.

Stap 2. Klik op de instelling Auto Support en stel de parameters in.

Opmerking: Als u Remote Support inschakelen - dit maakt toegang tot uw HX-opslagcluster mogelijk door ondersteuning te bieden voor het verzamelen van informatie over clusterbewerkingen om het oplossen van gerapporteerde anomalieën te versnellen.

Stap 3. Klik in het spandoek op Instellingen bewerken (pictogram versnelling) en controleer vervolgens de instellingen voor kennisgevingen.

Configureren via CLI

Stap 1. Schakel het ASUP-bericht in.

# stcli services mogelijk

Stap 2. Configureer de MTP-mailserver.

# stcli services smtp set —smtp mailhost.eng.mycompany.com —fromaddirt smtpnotice@mycompany.com

Stap 3 Voeg het e-mailadres van de ontvanger toe.

# stcli services asup ontvangers voegen toe: user1@mycompany.com user2@mycompany.com

Verifiëren

Stap 1. Meld u aan bij SCVM Cluster IP en voer deze opdracht vanuit CLI uit.

Stap 2. Start de opdracht sendasup -t van SCVM, bevestig dat u geen "foutbericht" voor de ASUP-e-mail ziet.

Stap 3. Controleer en bevestig dat u de e-mail ontvangt met de ASUP-test-e-mail die informatie over de staat van het cluster bevat.

Problemen oplossen

Stap 1. Controleer de configuratie in het asup.cfg-bestand. Monsterbestand.

Stap 2. Als u niet ziet dat de e-mail van de test wordt ontvangen of als u een storing ziet wanneer de test wordt uitgevoerd, voert u tegelijkertijd een tcbus uit om te zien waarom dit niet werkt,

Bijvoorbeeld tcPDump - MTP poortnummer is 25, dus run #tcpdf -v "port 25"
