The special room rates of USD235 nett/night for Mulia Grandeur and USD295 nett/night for Royal Suite at Mulia Resort – Nusa Dua, Bali are only applicable from March 1 to 11, 2024. Rooms are subject to availability and all reservations have to be made via the hotel reservations link provided to qualify for the special room rate. Room rates quoted in the link are in IDR (Indonesia Rupiah). Check-In / Check-Out Time
Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is until 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out requests are charged at a full day of prevailing rates and subject to availability.
Note: As part of the Balinese Hindu Caka New Year, the island will commemorate a tradition called Nyepi or a day of silence, which falls on March 11, 2024. All activities – including travel, flight, hotel check in and check out – will cease from 6:00am on March 11 to 6:00am on March 12. All activities will resume as usual after 6:00am on March 12. Please kindly plan your departure itinerary accordingly.

Q: What if I have questions about the event or my registration?

Q: When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
A: Your first email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as have completed your online registration. Final confirmations will be emailed approximately one week prior to the event.
Q: What if I need to amend or cancel my registration?
A: To cancel your event registration, send an email to apjc-partnersecurenetworking@external.cisco.com.
Q: What if I need to amend or cancel my hotel reservation?
A: Please write in to group.reservation@themulia.com for any cancellation or amendments, quoting your first and last name as well as confirmation number. Do note that there will be no refund for any cancellation of booking, no-show or any reduction in room nights after confirmation. Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room, or number of rooms will be subject to availability and current pricing which may be different from the previous confirmed reservation.
Q: Are substitutions allowed?
A: No, substitutions are not allowed. Partner Secure Networking Exchange 2024 is strictly an invitation-only event. A substitute must be submitted for consideration through your Cisco Partner Account Manager. If approved, a personal invitation will be sent to the substitute instructing him or her to register for the event.
Q: May I register on behalf of another person?
A: No, registration on behalf of another person is not allowed.
Q: Are there any Health & Safety guidelines for this event?
A: The health and safety of event attendees is our top priority. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending the event. At this time, Cisco does not have any health-related requirements in place for event attendance. Should this change, we will follow up with updated guidance.
Q: Do I need to wear my badge during the entire event?
A: Yes, you must wear your badge during the entire event, including meal functions and social activities, so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of Partner Secure Networking Exchange 2024. Every precaution possible is being taken to provide a safe and secure working environment. As such, please be aware that we may ask for photo identification at registration before releasing a conference badge.
Q: May I bring a guest onsite?
A: No. Spouses or guests of conference delegates are not permitted to attend any sessions, social events, or meal functions.
Q: What is the appropriate attire?
A: Comfortable business casual attire is recommended throughout the event, inclusive of all sessions, social events, or meal functions.
Q: What language is spoken?
A: The official language of the event is English, and all sessions will be presented in English.
Q: Will wireless connectivity be available at the event?
A: Yes, wireless connectivity will be available during the event.
Q: How can I obtain copies of the session material presented at the event?
A: Presentations in PDF format will be available for download on this website approximately a week after the conclusion of Partner Secure Networking Exchange 2024.
Q: Do I have to pay for my own travel and accommodation?
A: Yes, you must pay for your own travel and accommodation expenses.
Q: What are the visa requirements?
A: Your local travel agency should be able to advise you on the need for visa requirements. You may also click here to find out if your passport requires a visa to enter Bali, Indonesia. Cisco employees can access the Business Travel Support Letter tool to generate Visa letters. For partners who need a business invitation letter, please drop us an email at apjc-partnersecurenetworking@external.cisco.com.
Q: Do I need to fill in a customs declaration form before arriving in Bali?
A: Yes, complete the online E-CD (Electronic Custom Declaration) before you arrive. It can be filled in 72h before your arrival. After filling in the online form, you will receive a QR code which will be scanned by officers after you have collected your luggage, just before you exit the airport building.
Q: Where can I find more information on the new tourist tax (levy) for international travelers to Bali?
A: Starting February 14, 2024, international visitors to Bali will be subject to a one-time fee of IDR150,000 (USD 10). For the most up-to-date information, please click here.
Q: When is the recommended time to arrive and depart Bali?
A: Attendees are recommended to schedule their arrival flights into Ngurah Rai International Airport on Tuesday, March 5, if they have to attend executive 1:1 meetings taking place on Wednesday, March 6, 9:00am – 12:00pm. If attendees do not have any executive 1:1 meetings scheduled, they can arrive on Wednesday morning, March 6, before the Keynote Session starts at 1:30pm. Attendees should schedule departure flights on Friday, March 8, after 4:00pm, to allow ample time for check-out and transportation to the airport.
Q: Will airport transfers be provided by Cisco?
A: No. Airport transfers will not be provided.
Q: How long does it take to travel between Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and the hotel, and how much does it cost?
A: It takes around 30 minutes by car to get from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) to Mulia Resort - Nusa Dua, Bali and vice versa. Taxis services, at your own expense, are available at the airport. A one-way taxi fare between Ngurah Rai International Airport and Mulia Resort - Nusa Dua, Bali costs approximately USD 15. Alternatively, you may arrange for airport transfers via the hotel at your own expense.
