• Cisco SEG(Secure Email Gateway) AsyncOS 14.2.2 이상 버전
• Cisco SWA(Secure Web Appliance) AsyncOS 14.5.1-008 이상 버전

이 문서의 정보는 특정 랩 환경의 디바이스를 토대로 작성되었습니다. 이 문서에 사용된 모든 디바이스는 초기화된(기본) 컨피그레이션으로 시작되었습니다. 현재 네트워크가 작동 중인 경우 모든 명령의 잠재적인 영향을 미리 숙지하시기 바랍니다.

문제

업그레이드가 실패하거나 서비스가 손상된 경우 WebUI 또는 네트워크를 통해 SEG/SWA에 액세스할 수 없으므로 RMA만 옵션으로 남겨둡니다. 이 기능을 사용하면 어플라이언스를 공장 기본 설정으로 재설정하고 RMA가 필요 없게 할 수 있습니다.

솔루션

1. 콘솔 또는 이더넷 터미널 세션을 통해 SEG/SWA에 액세스합니다.

2. 다음 접속 정보를 사용하여 로그인합니다.

• 사용자 이름:enablediag
• 암호: 관리자 비밀번호

3. resetappliance 명령을 실행합니다.

4. 표시된 목록에서 필요한 이전 버전 옵션을 선택합니다.

5. 재설정 작업을 확인합니다.

6. 어플라이언스가 네트워크 IP 설정 제거를 포함하여 시스템 기본값에 대한 모든 설정을 지울 때까지 기다립니다.

7. SEG/SWA가 정리되고 구성되지 않은 상태로 반환되고 설정 준비가 되었는지 확인합니다.

This command will revert the appliance to a previous version of AsyncOS.

Warning: Reverting the appliance is extremely destructive.
The following data will be destroyed in the process and should be backed up:
 - current system configuration file
 - all log files
 - all reporting data (including saved scheduled and archived reports)
 - any custom end user notification pages
 - current network settings

Reverting the device will cause a reboot to take place.
After rebooting, the appliance reinitializes itself and reboots
again to the desired version, with default system configuration.

Before running this command, be sure you have:
- saved the configuration file of this appliance (with passwords unmasked)
- exported the IronPort Spam Quarantine safelist/blocklist database
  to another machine (if applicable)
- waited for the mail queue to empty

Reverting the device causes an immediate reboot to take place.
After rebooting, the appliance reinitializes itself and reboots
again to the desired version.
