소개

문제

관리자는 문제 해결 중에 어플라이언스에서 특정 서비스 엔진(예: 안티스팸, 안티바이러스 또는 DLP)을 보거나 다시 시작할 수 있습니다. AsyncOS 11.1.x부터 관리 SSH 액세스 권한이 있는 사용자는 CLI에서 직접 이러한 작업을 수행할 수 있습니다.

환경

• Cisco ESA(Secure Email Gateway)/CES
• AsyncOS 버전 11.1 이상
• SSH(Administrative Secure Shell) 액세스

해결

주의: 서비스 엔진을 다시 시작하면 일시적으로 메일 흐름 또는 특정 검사 기능에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 알려진 특정 문제 트러블슈팅의 일부로만 서비스를 다시 시작해야 합니다. 영향을 잘 모르는 경우 계속 진행하기 전에 Cisco TAC에 문의하십시오.

1. SSH를 통해 어플라이언스에 연결하고 diagnostic 명령을 실행한 다음 서비스를 선택합니다.

   - SERVICE_LOG_CLIENT - Service Log Client

3. 프롬프트가 표시되면 특정 스캐너를 선택합니다(예: case).

4. 서비스의 현재 상태를 확인합니다.

5. 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.

6. (검증) 상태를 다시 확인하여 서비스가 성공적으로 다시 시작되었는지 확인합니다. 가동 시간이 재설정되어야 합니다.
