ADSI(Active Directory) 계정을 사용하여 Splunk에 로그인하려고 하면 '로그인 실패' 메시지가 수신됩니다.

Active Directory의 인증 문제인 것 같습니다.

로컬 Splunk Admin 계정을 사용하여 로그인할 수 있습니다.


 

조사

LDAP(Active Directory) 서버가 2개 있었습니다.  splunkd.log 파일에서 받은 오류 메시지는 다음과 같습니다.

다음 오류 메시지와 관련하여 Windows에서 LDAP/ADSI 전략을 재인증하여 잠기지 않고 비밀번호가 만료되지 않았는지 확인하려고 했습니다.

ERROR ScopedLDAPConnection "Error binding to LDAP. reason="Invalid credentials"" 

authentication.conf가 검토되었으며 bindDN, groupBaseDN, userBaseDN이 Active Directory의 OU(Organizational Unit) 값과 일치하지 않았습니다.


 

해결

OU(Organizational Unit) 값이 팀 구성원에 의해 Active Directory에서 변경되었으며 값이 더 이상 authentication.conf의 값과 일치하지 않습니다.

authentication.conf 파일의 OU(Organizational Unit) 값이 Active Directory의 값과 일치하도록 수정된 후 Active Directory 사용자 계정을 사용하여 로그인할 수 있습니다.
