  • Before logging a TAC case, make sure you complete this document and make it available to the TAC team.
  • For all the tips to help you when logging your TAC case make sure you read this document. Selecting the right "Severity 1,2,3 or 4" is required to ensure the right level of support is given. You will also be able to see the process the TAC team follows and how to escalate your case if required.
