This document describes a solution to a known issue.
The information in this document is based on Windows Agent 3x.
The system event for Lost connection to agent is continuously triggered.
In order to resolve this issue, slow down the reconnect attempts when continuous network errors occur after you connect. This issue is resolved in build 18.104.22.168 of the Agent.
Complete these steps in order to download the latest version of the Agent:
