The Cisco Value Incentive Program (VIP) offers monetary rewards for partners who focus their practices on technologies that are part of Cisco architectures or tracks. Architectures and tracks include Collaboration, Data Center, Enterprise Networks, Security, Wireless, Cloud Managed Services, Cloud Services Reseller, and Express. View eligible SKUs.

VIP 23 Key Updates

  • VIP enrollment begins January 26, 2014. See Dates Available below.
  • Architecture strategies from the previous VIP period continue, with product updates across the Enterprise Networks, Collaboration, and Data Center tracks.
  • The new Express Security subtrack within the Borderless Networks track provides incentives for small and midsize partners who invest incrementally (this subtrack will initially be open to Cisco Welcome Program partners).
  • A 90-day grace period on select SKUs is still in effect, helping you to adapt to product transitions with less impact on your payouts.
  • Enrollment in VIP 23 is open and mandatory every six months for all partners who wish to participate.

  • Rewards partners that have a comprehensive business practice focused on the major Cisco architectures or tracks (Collaboration, Enterprise, Data Center, Cloud Managed Services, Cloud Services Reseller, and Express)
  • Participating partners receive a semiannual payment when you meet program requirements

  1. Go to Customer Service Central. If this is your first time using Customer Service Central, you will need to add the module to your workspace.
  2. Click on "Open a case."
  3. Select General Inquiries - Products, Services, or Programs & Promotions Inquiries. Choose Booking Claims or Payment Eligibility or Enrollment appropriately.
  4. Select Value Incentive Program (VIP) from the Program/Promotion dropdown box. Describe the support request and attach file if applicable.
