Cisco has concluded its acquisition of PostPath, Inc., a Mountain View, California provider of innovative email and calendaring software.

With the PostPath acquisition, Cisco expands its existing software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based collaboration platform with a corporate-grade email service that overcomes the limitations of traditional email while bridging next generation web-based collaboration.

Cisco WebEx Mail offers both native Microsoft support, and an architecture that enables next generation collaboration.  Key features of Cisco WebEx Mail include:

• Native Microsoft Outlook Compatibility: Supports current and future versions of Outlook without plug-ins.
• Large Mailboxes: 5 GB of storage for each account, upgradable to 35 GB.
