The Services organization provides innovative solutions that help customers improve productivity, reliability and time to market, enabling customers to maximize technology investments and to achieve business success.

Steven brings solid industry knowledge and global experience. His twenty years of global experience in IT and Telecom industries across sales, services and operations, combined with his leadership experience with cross-cultural teams make him a truly global manager with a well-rounded background required to drive the company's vision of addressing customers top business requirements enabled by the network as the platform.

Prior to joining Cisco, Steven held multiple leadership roles in Avaya for both their Asia Pacific and EMEA operations. Under Steven's leadership, a strong consulting practice was developed. He has also achieved substantial business growth and cultivated a very successful channel business model in Asia Pacific for the company. Steven began his career with Philips in Australia, and later lived in the Philippines, Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of South Australia. He presently lives in Singapore with his family. Steven has a passion for the ocean to the extent that he has created the Yacht Charter in Singapore. He also enjoys playing tennis, squash and golf in his spare time.

About the Speaker
Mark Read joined EMC Asia Pacific & Japan in 2007 as a Regional Program Manager for the EMC's Backup, Recovery & Archive APJ Division (BuRA) directly reporting to the Chief Technology Officer for Asia/Pacific and Japan. With more than 15 years experience in the IT industry, Mark has worked in both senior and specialist roles.
Utilising this experience Mark had the responsibility of working with the EMC Sales team to revamp the Go to Market for BuRA and in 2008 oversaw a program that emphasized EMC's Total Customer Experience (TCE) program in APJ for the BuRA solution set. August 2009 saw Mark take on the role of Virtual Computing Environment Initiative focusing on Asia.

In this role leading EMC's Virtual Computing Environment Initiative across APJ, Mark works across the region to educate, inform and empower customers and partners to build solutions utilizing virtualization technologies from EMC, Cisco, VMware and their ecosystem of partners to reduce cost, reduce risk and increase service levels for customers.

Richard Dodsworth joined Cisco Systems in the UK in 1996 before transferring to Singapore in 2001and most recently moving to Adelaide, Australia in 2010. His 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry has included time with UB Networks and as a civil servant in the Australian Government. As the CTO for Unified Communications and Collaboration in Asia-Pacific he provides guidance and technology direction to Cisco's sales teams and customers in the region.

He certified as a CCIE in 1995, and is the holder of a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

When not travelling for work, or more commonly nowadays meeting people on a Telepresence call, he enjoys going to the theatre and movies with his wife and being challenged to the latest online game one of his 3 children has discovered on the Internet.

Rick McConnell is the Vice President, Collaboration Software Sales for Cisco. In this role, Mr. McConnell is responsible for global WebEx sales as well as sales for our other workspace applications, including conferencing and client software.
Prior to this role, Mr. McConnell was the Vice President, Collaboration Strategy, Planning & Operations, responsible for Cisco ’s Collaboration strategy, Collaboration sales operations, and management of the Collaboration Architecture Board. Prior to that role, Mr. McConnell was Vice President and General Manager of the Unified Communications Business Unit for 4½ years in Cisco ’s Voice Technology Group.
Mr. McConnell joined Cisco in 2004 upon Cisco ’s completion of the acquisition of Latitude Communications, a provider of fully integrated voice and web conferencing solutions. Mr. McConnell served as Latitude ’s President and Chief Executive Officer beginning in 2002, and prior to that, he was the company ’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McConnell joined Latitude in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer, leading the company ’s initial public offering.
Prior to joining Latitude, Mr. McConnell was Chief Financial Officer at Storm Technology, where he oversaw a 20-fold growth in revenue and directed the company's initial public offering. He has also been a Financial Engineer with Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. McConnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics and a Masters of Business Administration, both from Stanford University. Mr. McConnell is frequently sought out as a public speaker, having presented at numerous technology and investor conferences. Mr. McConnell currently resides in Los Altos, California.

Previous to his current position, Tim was responsible for all of TANDBERG Services for the Americas Region. Tim joined TANDBERG from Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) where he was the Vice President of 4G Wireless and was responsible for the successful deployment of Sprint/Clearwire’s4G Wireless back office suite of systems. Prior to Amdocs, Tim held executive level positions in AOL Time Warner's Video and Digital Services organization and MCI in the IT Department. About the Speaker
Tom Wilburn is Vice President of Global Mobility Sales for Cisco, responsible for a $1 Billion business. Tom joined Cisco upon the acquisition of Airespace, where he had served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Tom has 29 years experience in the networking industry, focusing on developing markets for advanced technologies. He has held executive positions at startups CrossComm and Xylan, each of which he joined while private companies, and which he helped lead through successful public offerings and growth. Subsequent to Xylan's acquisition by Alcatel, Tom served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Alcatel’s North American Enterprise Business. In this position he was responsible for the sales, marketing and support of the company's data networking and enterprise telephony products.

As an OEM of Airespace products while at Alcatel, Tom became familiar with the Airespace product line and made the move to Airespace to lead its WW field operations in 2004. Airespace was the market leader in controller based enterprise WLAN systems and was acquired by Cisco in March of 2005.

Tom is a graduate of the College of William and Mary with a BA in economics, and has done graduate study at the George Washington University in Sales and Marketing Management.

About the Speaker
Chalan Aras is the Vice President of Marketing for Cisco’s Wireless Networking Business Unit. He is responsible for product strategy, roadmap and marketing for Cisco’s industry-leading 802.11n wireless LAN access point products, controllers, and software for management and mobile services solutions. He has a strong history of innovating VoIP solutions that leverage WLAN and increase WLAN infrastructure services.

Aras has an 18+ year track record leading high-growth technology business teams in the telecom and networking industries. He has held several senior executive Marketing roles where he drove strategy, led product direction and increased market presence. Prior to joining Cisco, Aras was the Acting General Manager and VP of Product Management for the Voice Communications division at Polycom where he grew the voice business and defined the Business Media Phone market segment. As VP of Marketing, Strategy and Corporate Development at Ditech Networks, Aras led the transformation of the company from TDM voice to VoIP, and drove international product delivery to GSM network providers with capacity enhancement solutions. Aras also served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Marketing/Management at Jetstream Communications and as the director of PLM for all video products at First Virtual Corp, an early pioneer in video over IP and ATM.

Aras’s career began at IBM’s Networking Division where he led the development of the market’s first MPEG-2 over ATM video devices, which is the precursor to Cisco’s TelePresence technology.

Aras completed his Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and also attained his EMBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He has also secured five U.S. patents and is fluent in Turkish and French.

Arun Natarajan is the Regional Lead for Unified Computing System (UCS) in Asia Pacific. In his current role at Cisco Systems, he is responsible for setting up the UCS business and driving sales across the region.

Recently Arun was the Director of Scalable Computing & Infrastructure (SCI), at Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific & Japan. He was responsible for developing and managing the HP Blade System and SCI businesses across the region. He joined the regional team in 2002 to scale the Blade Servers business to new heights. During his tenure, this business had experienced exponential growth taking it to leadership position in the market.

Auci started his Cisco/Linksys career in 2001, hired to expand the division’s early global presence and expansion beyond North America
Before joining Cisco, Auci held global sales and marketing leadership positions both in the United States and Europe at Viking Components and was a published researcher at biotech pioneer Genentech, South San Francisco, California.
