Wayne Hull is Cisco Systems’ Director and General Manager.

In his role in leading growth businesses, he is currently responsible for managing all Cisco Systems’ business across the UAE. His primary responsibilities include: sales revenue, operating expenses, business development and investment, fiduciary and operational governance, people management, industry leadership, country and board level relationships, and channel management.

He has a personal interest in business leadership, business turnaround, strategic account leadership and sharing the transformational impact of communication technology to the region’s political and business leaders. He has a track record of high business results.

Throughout his consulting and technology career, he has focused on government interventions and board level customer relationships across strategic public and private customers. He has worked across Middle East, South and Central Africa, Pakistan and UK.

His previous experiences include almost 4 years at IBM across business consulting, outsourcing and hardware and 6 years at Accenture across business consulting and system integration. He reached the positions of Global Executive for IBM and Senior Manager at Accenture.

He is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation for the Dubai Chapter.

He is an active Rotarian through the Jumeriah Rotary Club.
