Karen Walker
Karen Walker is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Cisco. She leads the global Go To Market organization that plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns, plays, programs, and demand generation to drive sales of Cisco product and services solutions, while strengthening and growing relationships with Cisco partners. Since joining Cisco, Walker has championed marketing's role to be an accountable part of the "revenue machine" and accelerate enablement initiatives for sales teams and partners. Walker's 25-plus years in the IT industry have included various senior field and marketing leadership roles in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and she is a recognized authority on both technology and marketing topics. She is a Board member of the I.T. Services Marketing Association, a member of the CMO Council and the Marketers that Matter Council, and she has lectured on business thought leadership at UC Berkeley, Haas Business School. Walker holds a bachelor of science degree with joint honors in chemistry and business studies from Loughborough University in England. |
