Rebecca has two areas of responsibility - as the CIO, she has made the Cisco IT a strategic business partner, producing significant business value for Cisco in financial performance, customer satisfaction & loyalty, market share, and productivity. As the Cloud & Systems Management Technology Group, she leads the strategy for how best to manage and orchestrate the delivery of business technology services for customers.

Michael Holden

Small Business Market Manager, Cisco Canada

Michael Holden currently works as a Small Business Market Manager at Cisco Systems in Toronto.  After completing a 12-month networking and sales training program in 2010, he entered the Cisco salesforce as a mid-market account manager in 2011.  In his first year of sales Michael finished in the top 10% of the global sales force and was awarded the distinction of Cisco Sales Champion.
As part of Cisco's innovative reverse-mentorship program - a program designed to close generational knowledge gaps in the workplace - Michael actively mentors Kim Devooght, Vice President of Public Sector Operations in Canada.

Prior to his work with Cisco, Michael was a Senior Policy Analyst with the Ontario government, where he developed a number of technology-related regulations for the Ministry of Transportation. Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Public Management and a Diploma in Leadership Studies from the University of Guelph.
