Earning a Gold Certified Partnership also qualifies Getronics for access to PAL (Partner Access On-Line), the latest Cisco customer satisfaction tool, based on the same technology Cisco uses to monitor and improve its own customer satisfaction. Getronics Canada provides service to over 5300 communities across the country. The company can leverage an extensive parts logistics infrastructure of 30 direct service locations and 6 national depot locations to provide 2-hour response to over 600 of the communities it serves nationwide.
