Nature of the Changes

This document adds a step for you to set the Enable Overlap On RouteList parameter for Cluster Wide Parameters (Route Plan) to true when you have enabled overlap sending to the PSTN on a Cisco CallManager 3.3 system and you want to upgrade to Cisco CallManager 3.3(4).

If you have enabled overlap sending to the PSTN and you are upgrading from Cisco CallManager Release 3.3(x) and you want to continue using overlap sending, you must verify that the Enable Overlap On RouteList parameter for Cluster Wide Parameters (Route Plan) is set to true.
