Starting, Stopping, Restarting, and Refreshing Services in Control Center
Control Center in Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability lets you start, stop, and restart Cisco Unity Connection services. You can also view the status and refresh the status of Cisco Unity Connection services.
Stopping or restarting certain Cisco Unity Connection services may cause calls in progress to be dropped. Stopping or restarting a service will cause other services that depend on the service to stop or restart as well.
Do the following procedure to start, stop, or restart Cisco Unity Connection services, or to refresh the status of services. You can start, stop, or restart only one service at a time.
To Start, Stop, Restart, and Refresh Services in Control Center
Step 1 In Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability, choose Tools > Control Center - Feature Services.
Step 2 From the Server drop-down box, choose the Cisco Unity Connection server, and click Go.
