Brad Haczynski
Managing Director,
Cisco Global Account Team, Intel Corp

Brad is responsible for leading the worldwide Cisco sales team at Intel since 2014. Brad has been with Intel for 15 years in a variety of sales and marketing roles around the globe including multiyear assignments in both EMEA and Asia Pacific. Brad has a broad background including product marketing manager, geo marketing manager, field sales engineer, business development manager, and APJ sales director. Brad has recently been recognized by Intel executive management for being a champion for diversity and inclusion by building one of the highest performing, diverse teams at Intel. He was recently elected as the 2017 advisor to the board of the Women @ Intel Network (WIN). In his downtime Brad likes to spend his time outdoors on the Oregon coast w/his wife and 4 children as well as being an active member in the local community for STEM education to support his 3 daughters' aspirations to follow in their father's footsteps. Brad holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida and began his career at Intel in the Sales and Marketing Leadership Development Program.

Brian Allison
Vice President of Commvault's Worldwide Alliances,

Brian Allison is the Vice President of Commvault's Worldwide Alliances team. He is responsible for leading Commvault's Alliances strategies that deliver industry thought leadership and profitable growth for Commvault and its partners. Brian's passion is working with partner teams to successfully take advantage of mega-trends such as cloud, data proliferation and application modernization.

Prior to Commvault, Brian was at Cisco for 10 years, where his responsibilities included managing global datacenter partnerships and leading partner practice development for solutions such as desktop virtualization, Flexpod, Microsoft hybrid cloud, big data and SAP Hana. Under his leadership, the partner solutions grew to a $1B+ business. He joined Cisco in 2005 via Cisco's acquisition of Topspin, a data center virtualization company. While at Topspin, he established the firm's OEM partnerships – Dell, HP, IBM and Sun – and grew them to achieve #1 market share.

Brian holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business and resides in Park City, Utah (USA).

Brink Sanders
Managing Director,
Software and Network Transformation, APJ

Brink Sanders is the Managing Director for Software and Network Transformation Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). In this role, Brink is responsible for working between Cisco and our customers to connect their business and technical needs with the market transitions that need to be delivered in Cisco's Software and Networking portfolios.

Prior to his current role, Brink led Sales Enablement and Operations for Cisco APJ where he was responsible for enabling Cisco's APJ business to run effectively and efficiently in support of the overall business strategies and objectives.

Brink has held a variety of roles at Cisco including Strategy & Planning for WW Sales Operations and Operations Leader for the US Enterprise, Commercial & Canada Theater. Prior to Cisco, Brink worked in various roles in technology consulting where he partnered closely with customers throughout the lifecycle of their critical business initiatives from determining strategy to delivering on their business outcomes through business process, software and technology architecture.

Brink holds a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Courtney Dodds
Managing Director,
Cisco's Data Center Portfolio, APJ

Courtney Dodds is the Managing Director of Cisco's Data Center portfolio in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. He is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and sales for Cisco's Data Center software, hardware as well as partner alliances solutions. This covers a portfolio of server and hyper-converged infrastructure, data center networking as well as private and hybrid cloud management for the region.

Courtney brings over two decades of technology sales leadership experience to the APJ Data Center team and is passionate about helping customers leverage emerging technologies to modernise their data centers and accelerate their journey to the hybrid cloud.

Prior to his current role, Courtney was Director of the Data Center Portfolio for Cisco Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). It was here, that he helped lead Cisco's market transitions in ANZ into compute, software defined networking, private cloud and built a team that has captured and maintained the number one market share of x86 blade servers in Australia.

He is also the Co - Executive sponsor for the Cisco Connected Women in Australia Technology Network, a programme designed to help women develop their skills as individual contributors, managers, and executives as well as provide guidance to young women interested in IT careers.

Courtney joined Cisco in 2008 as a Business Development Manager where he worked with both commercial and public sector customers to address their data center infrastructure projects and challenges.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Swinburne in Melbourne, Australia and is based in Melbourne where he lives with his wife and two children.

Cynthia Johnson
Worldwide Vice President,
Server Sales and Data Center Solutions

As the Global Vice President of Server Sales and Data Center Solutions at Cisco, Cynthia Johnson is charged with developing and leading growth strategies that drive revenues and open new markets across Cisco's compute, cloud, converged infrastructure, software, and enterprise application portfolio of solutions. Most recently Cynthia has led all aspects of sales enablement and strategy for Hyperflex and Metapod, using her experience of successfully launching new products to drive momentum and adoption across both partners and customers. Cynthia has direct line responsibility for Cisco's field-based sales engagements, accelerating Enterprise Application Sales for SAP HANA, VDI, Big Data, Microsoft Cloud, as well as Cisco's UCS Converged Infrastructures, HyperFlex, OpenStack and Cloud solutions. An expert at enlisting buy-in, Cynthia drives successful outcomes by inspiring others to do more and be more, believing first in themselves.

Cynthia has been proud to lead several product launches, identifying and integrating new business models that drive value for customers and partners, from inception and incubation through to launch and global roll-out. Darryl McKinnon
Managing Director,

Darryl McKinnon leads the Collaboration business for Cisco covering Asia Pacific and Japan. Cisco's Collaboration experience includes Messaging, Meeting, Calling, Video, Hybrid & Cloud offerings for all size of businesses. He is actively engaged with Cisco's channel partners and is the primary interface with the Collaboration Technology Group in the company's global headquarters in San Jose.

In his role, Darryl works with customers and partners to help them benefit from Collaboration solutions that help organizations address key business goals in customer satisfaction, productivity, cost control, employee engagement, innovation and growth.

Through his career, Darryl has been successful in implementing new technologies, managing core lines of business, launching key channel partner strategy initiatives, as well as the turnaround and high growth in the businesses & partnerships he has been involved with or under his leadership.

Darryl has over 25 years' experience in IT consulting, software and solutions working at LBMS, Sybase, EMC, Brocade, Hitachi Data Systems and COPAN Systems. Darryl joined Cisco in 2008 in the high growth Data Center Sales business which he led for 3 years prior to the Collaboration business.

Darryl is passionate that people working together can achieve extraordinary things.

Darryl has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He lives in Singapore with his wife and three kids.

Dave Justice
Global Security Sales Organization

Dave Justice is Vice President of Cisco's Global Security Sales Organization. Justice leads a global team of security sales executives dedicated to helping customers and their corporate boards solve complex business issues through security solutions. Justice is responsible for all aspects of global security sales, including developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Cisco's leading Security business. He is recognized as a proven sales leader with an innovative, forward-thinking approach and clear understanding of customer business needs. A 16-year veteran of Cisco, Justice has held leadership positions across Cisco's commercial and enterprise businesses where he has demonstrated his passion for technology. He has a degree in political science from the University of Washington with a specialization in communications.

Dave West
Vice President, Cisco Architectures, APJ
Chief Technology Officer, APJ

Dave West is the CTO and Vice President of Architectures for Cisco in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), which includes all the sales, solutions and engineering teams that are part of Cisco's business units - Software and Network Transformation, Data Center, Collaboration and Security.

As a sixteen-year Cisco veteran, Dave holds a deep understanding of the market transitions that need to be delivered in Cisco's solutions offerings and he is one of the greatest advocates of Cisco's technologies in the region.

Before relocating to Asia, Dave West was the CTO for Cisco's Worldwide Partner Organization, and has help many other key leadership roles across various areas, such as engineering, sales and customer relations.

Dave is a former Marine Officer, graduated from the Virginia Military Institute. He holds an MS in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Deborah Wong
Collaboration Channel Lead,
Cisco Partner Organization, APJ

Deborah Wong has spent the majority of her 15 years Technology related career working with the Channel Partner community across Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China. From Channel Marketing, to partner Go-to-Market Strategy to her current Business Development role for Cisco as the Collaboration Channel Lead.

In her current role, Deborah actively engages with Channel Partners and acts as the key interface with the Collaboration Sales and Cisco Channels team. She formulates Channel landscape, drives Partner investment strategy and provides consultation to build Channel capability.

Prior to joining Cisco, Deborah led the Channel Marketing function of TANDBEGR in North & South-East Asia. Her passion working with the Channels has taken her from roles based out of Hong Kong SAR, to secondment in Beijing, to Singapore in which she has lived for the past eight years.

Deborah holds a MBA from University of Bath, UK. She is an ardent traveler and her travel goal is to journey to as many UNESCO Heritage Sites around the globe as possible.

Don Williams
Vice President for ANZ,
Veeam Software

Don Williams is Veeam's Vice President for ANZ, based in Sydney, Australia. In his role, Don is responsible for overall business operations, sales and business development for the region, with a focus on growing the company's market share in the virtualization, disaster recovery and cloud software markets.

Since joining Veeam, Don has achieved triple digit revenue growth contributing to the overall success of the company. Don has been integral in developing strategic alliances with key business partners in both the SMB and enterprise software markets for the sustained growth of the company.

Prior to Veeam, Don held various senior leadership positions in the North America and APJ markets, where he gained experience in sales and channel leadership, business development, and managing sales and technical teams.

Don holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business.

Eric Herzog
Vice President, Product Marketing and Management,
IBM Storage Systems and Software Defined Infrastructure

Eric's responsibilities include worldwide product marketing and management for IBM's award winning family of storage solutions, software defined storage, integrated infrastructure, and software defined computing. Herzog has over 30 years of product management, marketing, business development, alliances, and sales experience in the storage software, storage hardware, and storage solutions markets, managing all aspects of marketing, product management, sales, alliances, and business development in both Fortune 500 and start-up storage companies.

Prior to joining IBM, Herzog was Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Alliances for all-flash storage provider Violin Memory. Herzog was also Senior Vice President of Product Management and Product Marketing for EMC's Enterprise & Mid-range Systems Division, where held global responsibility for product management, product marketing, evangelism, solutions marketing, communications, and technical marketing with a P&L over $10B. Before joining EMC, he was vice president of marketing and sales at Tarmin Technologies. Herzog has also held vice president business line management and vice president of marketing positions at IBM's Storage Technology Division, where he had P&L responsibility for the over $300M OEM RAID and storage subsystems business, and Maxtor (acquired by Seagate). Herzog has held vice president positions in marketing, sales, operations, and acting-CFO roles at Asempra (acquired by BakBone Software), ArioData Networks (acquired by Xyratex), Topio (acquired by Network Appliance), Zambeel, and Streamlogic.

Herzog holds a B.A. degree in history from the University of California, Davis, where he graduated cum laude, studied towards a M.A. degree in Chinese history, and was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society.

Frank Palumbo
Senior Vice President,
Cisco Global Data Center/Virtualization & Enterprise Networking Sales

As Senior Vice President of Global Data Center/Virtualization & Enterprise Networking Sales at Cisco, Frank Palumbo is responsible for growing the company's unified fabric data center architecture and enterprise networking sales, while helping customers achieve positive business outcomes. The portfolio under Palumbo's purview encompasses servers, security, switches, management and automation and multi-cloud orchestration solutions, as well as networking, including storage, virtual, application and enterprise networking.

Palumbo has been instrumental in creating Cisco's data center business five years ago and growing it into the market leader that it is today. Prior to joining Cisco 20 years ago, Palumbo held a number of sales and marketing roles at Wang Laboratories.

Palumbo holds a degree in business administration from Rutgers University, and has a passion for marathons, triathlons, Giants and Yankees.

Greg Dorai
Vice President,
Product Management & Strategy

Greg Dorai is Vice President of Product Management and Strategy for the Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group. He is responsible for Cisco's Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX) and hyper-location product suite.

Prior to joining Cisco, Greg led product management and business development for AT&T's Big Data monetization team in Atlanta focusing on location data. Previously, Greg was a principal with Bain & Company where he was a leader in their technology, media and telecom practice. Prior to Bain Greg was a developer / R&D engineer for a mathematical modeling software firm.

Greg completed his MBA with high honors (Siebel Scholar) from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and a Bachelor in Engineering from India.

Irving Tan

Irving Tan is President for Cisco Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). APJ represents a core growth opportunity for Cisco globally, comprising five organisations operating across a diverse set of markets and countries: India and SAARC; ASEAN; Korea; Australia and New Zealand; and Japan.

In his role, Irving is responsible for developing Cisco's strategy, accelerating business growth, and driving Cisco APJ to be the most trusted and relevant IT solutions partner and provider in the industry.

His leadership focus is on advancing a world-class customer experience and dynamic partner ecosystem; investing in innovation and strategic alliances across business and government; and driving an employee experience that emphasises people development to build leaders of tomorrow. As the world becomes increasingly connected, a key priority today is helping organisations become digital enterprises and take advantage of the Internet of Everything to transform their business.

Prior to this role, Irving was Vice President of Cisco ASEAN and before that, the Country Manager for Cisco Singapore and Brunei. He has an excellent track record as a business leader delivering consistent and sustainable growth. Irving brings more than nine years of leadership experience at Cisco in various roles in Enterprise Sales, Strategy, Planning & Operations, Managed Services and Cisco's in-house consulting team: Internet Business Solutions Group.

Before joining Cisco, Irving was a principal at A.T. Kearney, a leading management consultancy specializing in mergers & acquisition and merger integration in the IT and Communications industries. He has also worked at HP where he was Business Unit leader for its Communications and Media Solutions Group in Asia Pacific and Japan.

Irving has consulted to governments around the region to help them to identify ways to drive national transformation through the use of Information and Communication Technologies. He has collaborated with Cisco's ecosystem of partners across key verticals such as Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Service Providers.

Irving holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He lives in Singapore with his wife, Nicole and two kids. He is an avid fan of the Manchester United Football Club.

Jeff Reed
Senior Vice President,
Enterprise Networks

Jeff Reed is responsible for the business development strategy of Cisco's Enterprise Networking business -- a product portfolio spanning campus and branch environments. His focus is on evolving the network to deliver simplicity and automation, security and world class user experiences through the Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA).

Previously, Reed led product strategy, product management, and go-to-market activities for Cisco's Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group (EISG). Prior to that, Reed had responsibility for the company's SDN solutions and architectures for enterprise customers. Additionally he was General Manager for Cisco's largest switching business unit, the Unified Access Group.

Prior to joining Cisco, Reed held a number of senior positions in large-scale enterprise software businesses, covering storage product development, alliances, and business development. He also served as president and cofounder of an e-commerce start-up venture.

Reed holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering (with distinction) and a master's degree in business administration, both from Stanford University.

Jeremy Foster
Global Data Center Sales, UCS

As the Director of Global Sales for UCS, Jeremy Foster is charged with driving cross functional execution for Cisco's compute and Hyper Converged solutions. In this capacity, he builds internal and external stakeholder alignment across field sales, sales support, partners, alliances and other influencers to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for UCS, a $3B+ growth business. Responsible for developing and managing GTM strategies, programs and processes, he is passionate about removing roadblocks and finding new ways to help Cisco teams, partners and customers win together.

Jeremy's more than 15+ years selling Data Center solutions has been distinguished by over-achievement of targets and high customer satisfaction levels. He has lead in roles at various companies ranging from Datacenter Facilities (Power/Cooling), Software, Server technologies…. Somehow I want to put a resume sentence here. He is particularly excited about the future of UCS, Cisco's fastest-growth product to get to $1B, and looks forward to helping the eco-system capitalize on market-momentum as Cisco continues to deliver innovative solutions that drive value for Fortune 1000, public sector, service providers and SMB clients.

Mark Lazarus
Nimble Storage Asia Pacific and Japan

This role sees Mark responsible for discussing the alignment of business strategy with both current and future Nimble Storage technology for our customers and partners within the region.

Originally a software developer, Mark has over 35 years' experience in the IT industry in a range of roles and industries. Prior to joining Nimble in 2012, he worked at NetApp as a Technical Account Manager responsible for global enterprises, focusing on the mining industry. Previous roles included consulting and management at NetIQ (System management and monitoring), while his overall industry experience has primarily been spent working with financial services, resources/mining and large outsourcing vendors.

Mark Velthuis
Vice President of Indirect Business in Asia Pacific,

Mark is the Vice President of Indirect Business in Asia Pacific and Japan for Commvault. He is responsible for expanding Commvault market presence and growing the company's revenue with partner ecosystem of resellers, distributors, service providers, alliances and system integrators.

Mark has two decades of experience in the information technology sector and has served several senior leadership positions with blue-chips organizations and start-ups building growth strategy, partnerships and developing new markets.

Originally from the Netherlands, Mark started his career in Amsterdam working for Boer and Croon, a management consultancy firm. In 2006 he moved to Hong Kong for BT to run a complex deal team across Northeast Asia.

After 4 years, he moved to Shanghai to run BT China as the country manager. In 2012, Mark relocated to Singapore with his family and joined EMC to lead their market development group working closely with key service providers, system integrators, and technology and business consultants.

Nathan Steiner
Head of Systems Engineering,
ANZ, Veeam Software

Nathan Steiner heads Veeam's ANZ Systems Engineering Group. In this role he takes responsibility for leading, driving and owning Veeam's technical pre-sales strategy for Australia and New Zealand.

Nathan also evangelises Veeam's technology value proposition and leads, motivates and inspires the team of pre-sales engineers across ANZ.

Nathan is a Senior IT Professional with more than 20 years' experience in the Information Technology and Communication industry. Prior to Veeam, he was a Regional Manager within Sales Engineering at Citrix Systems ANZ. From building strategic roadmaps for enterprise customers to developing structured approaches for technical presales engagement opportunities, Nathan has been recognised for his contribution as part of the Global Citrix Innovation Awards for customers such as Westpac Banking Group, Optus/Singtel Telecommunications and John Holland Group. Prior to Citrix, Nathan held the positions of Chief Engineer, Workplace Services, Westpac Banking Group and numerous Senior Architecture and Engineering roles. These included enterprise and infrastructure architecture roles at IBM as a Certified Architect.

Nathan is a former contracted athlete in Ironman Racing and a World Champion in the sport of Surf Life Saving. He is also a former NSWIS athlete in sprint kayaking.

Nathan holds Bachelor degrees in Applied Science (Health Informatics) and Computer Science from the University of Sydney and Wollongong and is working towards completion of a Masters of Engineering Science from the University of NSW.

Neal Patel

Neal Patel is the Director of Channels for LiveAction Partner Program worldwide. Neal is responsible for managing the global channel strategy, our partner relationships, and execution of our partner programs. He has 20+ years of experience in the Technology Industry, channel programs, relationship management, and global sales. Neal holds a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing.

Phil Dean-Jones
Sr. Director Channels and Partners,

Phil Dean-Jones – Phil Dean-Jones joined Citrix in 1999 and is currently the Senior Director, APJ Channels. In this role, Phil manages the team responsible for driving the APJ strategy with Citrix' Global Strategic SI and Alliance partners including Cisco, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, IBM, Fujitsu, CSC and Dimension Data. He previously held the role of Director of Corporate Sales for Australia and New Zealand with Citrix after management roles with IBM and Digital. Phil holds a Bachelor of Business from the NSW University of Technology.

Raj Gulani
Sr. Director Product Management,
Delivery Networks, Citrix

Raj Gulani is Director, Sr. Product Management at Citrix Systems. He leads the product management function for Citrix NetScaler (Application Delivery Controllers - ADC), driving functional requirements, go-to-market and overall strategy for ADC security, SDN ready ADC and ADC as-a-Service. Prior to joining Citrix, Raj has had various leadership roles at Riverbed Technology and Cisco Systems with over 17 years combined experience, in product management, consulting and technical marketing within the cloud networking industry. He holds a bachelors degree in electronics engineering from University of Mumbai, India and is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE).

Rick Scurfield
Asia Pacific, NetApp

Richard Scurfield, "Rick," is President, Asia Pacific for NetApp. Rick is responsible for leading and growing the business across the region, including driving the channel strategy, managing strategic partnerships, and developing the company's emerging products business. All country managers across Asia Pacific, including Japan, report to him. In addition, he is the single focal point for all cross-functional organizations that have operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Rick has been with NetApp for over fourteen years in various sales leadership and management roles, most recently as Sr. Vice President and General Manager of the branded E-Series business and all OEM routes-to-market. Prior to that, Rick ran the Defense and Military Intelligence business in NetApp's Federal Systems organization and grew sales from less than $20m to over $200m in less than five years.

Prior to joining NetApp, Rick spent over fifteen years in US Public Sector sales and consulting services with Powersoft, Sybase and Price Waterhouse. He led, managed and grew organizations from startups with few employees to organizations of over 200 direct and indirect personnel. Rick has broad experience in both direct and indirect hardware and software sales, as well as extensive business management and operational experience in support of multinational partners and customers.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is active in many community and education fundraising activities, and is on the Board of Directors for the Monterey Country Club in Pennsylvania, one of the oldest golf courses in the US.

Ruma Balasubramanian leads Cisco's Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation for Asia Pacific & Japan. Prior to her current role, Ruma led Cisco's APJ Partner Organization, leading channel sales for the region. With more than two decades of expertise in the IT and Telecom industry, Stephen is well-known and experienced in developing security businesses, and in positioning security as integral to the business strategy of all organisations. Stephen has been with Cisco for seven years, and was previously the EMEA Vice President for cloud-based web security company ScanSafe, which was acquired by Cisco in December 2009. Vicki Batka is the Managing Director of Cisco's Partner Organization in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In addition to nurturing existing partner relationships, Vicki is also responsible for building the future partnerships needed to deliver compelling value to customers.

As a member of Cisco's APJ senior leadership board, she works closely with the Global Partner Organization to scale global channel models to the APJ region, driving business growth across all market segments.

Prior to her current role, Vicki was Cisco's Managing Director, Data Center Sales, APJ. Aside from growing the Data Center and Virtualization business in the region, Vicki drove Data Center-related channel partner relationships.

Vicki is a 30-year veteran of IT and has held senior positions in management, sales and marketing for SAP, VMware, CA Technologies, Adobe, Toshiba and Network Associates.

Vicki has spent 28 years of her IT-career focused on channels, with broad experience across all hardware and software product segments, channel sales models and various routes to market. Based in Asia for over a decade, she has an extensive network across the APJ partner ecosystem with resellers, distributors, systems integrators and ISV partners.

In previous roles, Vicki has been responsible for the entire partner ecosystem, including her time at VMware where this contributed to 95% of all sales revenue.
