Kevin joins Cisco as the Chief Digital Officer, bringing a bold vision, coupled with a diverse set of skills - a combination of global channel development, entrepreneurialism, and operational excellence.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Bandy will help define our next generation digital strategy. He will lead our growth efforts across our Digital portfolio as well as work with teams across Cisco from go-to-market functions to Operations and IT teams, to design a comprehensive vision for us, our customers and our partners, to capture the true value of digitization by leveraging Cisco's broad portfolio of solutions and services.

In his previous role as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation at Salesforce.com, Bandy was responsible for growth and market expansion by making Salesforce.com the foundation on which companies reengineer their front office operations. Creating faster responses to market transitions, increasing customer relevance, redefining ROI and establishing greater relevance in channel partner relationships generated wider, global adoption of broader cloud enabled operating models.

Prior to joining Salesforce.com Bandy was the principle of Rhea Springs LLC, a strategy consultancy firm founded to work in a personal advisory manner with Fortune 500 senior leadership. Rhea Springs designed and executed mission-critical, multi-year business transformation programs for major corporations.

In previous experiences Bandy was brought into Accenture to establish market relevance for the firm to the growth portion of their clients' business. His efforts aided in the development of their Sales and Marketing Transformation practices and a market leading SaaS practice. Before joining Accenture he ran the growth and strategy efforts for a sales outsourcing company that assisted companies like IBM, Apple, GE, Hp and other major FORTUNE®500 companies pursue higher sales growth by building and running sales organisations focused on retail, direct and indirect channels. This background, along with significant experience on the front lines managing major global sales operations, has enabled him to direct the development of innovative "routes to market" solutions for numerous large enterprises around the world.

Bandy also worked at IBM after he successfully completed the licensing of a software company to its Multimedia Studios. At IBM, he served as a Regional Sales Manager overseeing direct sales and distribution for the eastern United States, the Caribbean as well as defining global distribution strategies.

Bandy received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and four sons and is relocating to San Jose, CA.

Kevin is privileged to lead the strategy and technology direction in Australia and New Zealand for a world-class business. With the team, Kevin shapes Cisco's strategy to enable its customers to create value based on the technology platforms they build and the transformations they undertake. Kevin has been leading Cisco's Internet of Everything (IoE) and data analytics agendas including VC investments, education and establishing IoE innovation labs in Sydney and Perth.

As CTO, Kevin spends a lot of time listening to business and technology leaders both externally and internally within Cisco. As Cisco touches so many parts of the global technology industry and market, it places him in a fantastic position to see what's coming down the track and most importantly, to share what is possible, from Cisco's perspective.

Before joining Cisco 15 years ago, Kevin held senior positions with other telecommunications equipment manufacturers, systems integrators and service providers. Kevin is the author of six technical reference books.

John N. Stewart

John N. Stewart formed and leads Cisco's Security and Trust Organisation, underscoring Cisco's commitment to address two of the most critical issues that are top of mind for boardrooms and world leaders alike. Under Stewart's leadership, the organisation's core missions include protecting Cisco's public and private customers, enabling and ensuring Cisco Secure Development Lifecycle and Trustworthy Systems efforts across Cisco's portfolio, and protecting the Cisco enterprise from ever-evolving cyber threats.

Throughout his 25-year career, Stewart has led or participated in widely ranging security initiatives from IT design for elementary schools to national security programs. In addition to his role at Cisco, he sits on technical advisory boards for Area 1 Security, BlackStratus, Inc., and Threatstream. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Shape Security, Shadow Networks, Inc., and the National Cyber-Forensics Training Alliance (NCFTA). He also serves as a special advisor to Redseal's Board of Directors. Additionally, Stewart serves on the Australian Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet Cyber Security Review panel and on the Cybersecurity Think Tank at University of Maryland University College. He served on the CSIS Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th United States Presidency and on advisory boards for many companies including Akonix, Cloudshield, Finjan, Fixmo, Inc., Ingrian Networks, Nok-Nok Labs, Riverhead, and TripWire.

Stewart is a highly sought public and closed-door speaker and most recently was recognized with the RSA 2015 award for Excellence in Security. Other recent honours include the global 2014 Golden Bridge Award for CISO of the Year, as well as the CSO 40 Silver Award for Chief Security Officer of the Year in 2014.

Stewart has a Master of Science degree in computer and information science from Syracuse University.

Karen Walker is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Cisco. As Cisco's CMO, Karen is responsible for the company's Global Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Government and Community Relations groups. Her organisation is responsible for positioning Cisco's growth strategy, cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets, and growing demand for Cisco's solutions globally.

Since joining Cisco, Walker has championed marketing's role as an accountable business function aligning closely with sales teams and a vital resource to partners. Most recently, she led the global Go To Market Organisation responsible for creating and delivering the integrated global marketing plan for the company, from marketing strategy through to in-country execution of brand campaigns and marketing programs.

Her team takes an integrated marketing and communications approach from brand to demand, using digital and social media to engage customers and partners on their purchase journey. This has resulted in industry recognition including a 2014 SiriusDecisions ROI Award, and Cisco being recognised as the company to which customers say they are most emotionally connected (Google/CEB 2013 study). The company also moved up to #13 on Interbrand's annual survey of top 100 global brands with a 7% increase in brand value (to US $29.053B in 2013).

Previously at Cisco, Walker was Senior Vice President of Segment, Services and Partner Marketing, leading a global team to engage customers in addressing their technology challenges with Cisco product and services solutions.

Walker's 20-plus years in the IT industry have included senior field and marketing leadership roles in Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific region. She joined Cisco from Hewlett-Packard, where she held business and consumer leadership positions including Vice President of Alliances and Marketing for HP Services, and Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for both the Consumer Digital Entertainment and Personal Systems groups.

Walker is a recognised industry authority on both technology and marketing topics. She is a Board member of the I.T. Services Marketing Association and a member of the CMO Council North America Advisory Board, the Marketers that Matter Council, Advancing Executive Women (AWE) in Silicon Valley, and CRN's 2013 Women of the Channel. Walker also sponsors multiple initiatives to accelerate female leadership within Cisco, and she has lectured on business thought leadership at UC Berkeley, Haas Business School, as well as multiple industry keynotes.

Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree with joint honours in chemistry and business studies from Loughborough University in England.
