What hotels are available in Melbourne?
Cisco has negotiated rates at various hotels in Melbourne. For more information on available hotels and how to book a room, please visit the Cisco Live website.

How much does it cost to attend SP Summit?
There is no attendance fee for the SP Summit.
Delegates will be required to pay for the following where required:
Airfare travel costs to Melbourne
Transfer costs to and from Melbourne Airports
Hotel accommodation in Melbourne
Hotel incidentals

Who may attend the SP Summit?
The SP Summit is an exclusive, invitation only event. You have been specifically chosen by Cisco to attend.

I'm unable to attend the SP Summit. Can I nominate someone to attend on my behalf?
The SP Summit is an invitation only event and invitations are not generally transferable. However, if you believe that your nominated replacement has a similar job role, please contact us.

Why is attendance at the conference "by invitation only"?
Due to limited tickets available for this program, it is by invitation only.

Does the registration for SP Summit include access to Cisco Live?
The SP Summit is complimentary for invited guests and includes access to Cisco Live Melbourne with a Cisco Live Explorer Pass, where you will be able to attend keynote and breakout sessions, World of Solutions and evening functions.

Guests are more than welcome to attend any part of Cisco Live Melbourne that does not coincide with the SP Summit agenda.

Please note: The Explorer Pass does not include access to any Cisco Live breakout sessions from Tuesday through Friday, and does not include the Customer Appreciation Event, or Cisco Live Technical Seminars. You can upgrade your pass to an Explorer PLUS Pass, Full Conference Pass or IT Management Pass during your registration should you want access to these areas.

Can I schedule a meeting with the Keynote Speakers during the event?
To ensure that everyone at the GSP Summit has the opportunity to interact with the Keynote Speakers, we will not be scheduling any formal meetings. There will be many opportunities for discussions with speakers during the event breaks and the social functions.

Am I expected to attend all sessions and social functions?
Yes, you will be expected to attend all sessions at the SP Summit. However, should you be unavailable for any sessions and/or activities, please indicate this on your registration form.

What is the Dress Code?
The dress code for the daytime sessions is Business Casual. The dress code for evening events is Smart Casual.

Can I bring my partner and/or children?
You are welcome to bring your partner and/or children to Melbourne. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your invitation to include partners or spouses at either the conference or evening events.
