Milo Schacher provides strategic direction for Cisco's Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR) Partner Organization. Named Vice President in 2006, Schacher held various senior positions including leading the commercial, marketing, operations, and channels teams. Building loyalty with Cisco's partners has allowed Schacher to focus on long term profitable growth. This strategy enabled him to go main stream across 123 countries, achieving a 4.5% monetary increase for Emerging Markets CAGR over the past six years.
Schacher introduced Cisco's Partner Strategy around Partner Satisfaction, Partner Profitability, Partner Differentiation and Partner Led and is responsible for driving close to 90% of the business in EMEAR through the 33,500 Cisco EMEAR Partners. Coupled with key functional expertise, he has specific responsibilities of leading the Partner Led Go to Market for EMEAR.
Schacher joined Cisco, Switzerland in 1997, beginning as an Account Manager in charge of Public Sector and later taking on the role of Director Service Provider (EMEAR). Since that time, Milo has received a number of awards. He was the recipient of the Service Provider Sales award each year from 2000 to 2004. In 2005, he received the One Channel Innovation award and in 2007, he was recognized with the Emerging Leadership award.
Schacher is based in Zürich. He holds a degree in business and engineering from the Oekreal School of Business and Institut für Technische Ausbildung, Zürich and attended the Stanford Executive Program in 2013.
A 20-year Cisco sales and channels veteran, Denny Trevett works closely with Cisco's most strategic technology partnerships, and our evolving partner ecosystem, to help accelerate our customers' digital journeys with all of our partners.
Prior to GPO, Denny spent two years in WW Sales Strategy & Planning focused on developing Cisco's ISV strategy. Before moving to WW Sales, he spent six years in US & Canada Channels, building and leading what grew into the Architectures and Verticals Team. In preparation for his executive roles, Denny spent eight years in various sales specialist and leadership roles across enterprise, commercial, and public sector.
Denny joined Cisco during the acquisition of Netsys Technologies. Prior to Netsys, Denny held sales and sales leadership roles for a reseller, as well as Computer Associates (through the Legent acquisition).
Denny received his BS in Mathematics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and daughters.
Mike Weston is responsible for Cisco's business operations for the Middle East area, encompassing Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, Levant and Turkey. Mike is based in Dubai, UAE.

Mike joined Cisco in August 2013. He joined from IBM where he gained considerable experience in areas critical to the future growth of the IT industry: software, services and datacentre. Mike also has significant knowledge and understanding of how to lead successful business operations in both major and growth geographical markets.
Mike built a long-term career, over 14 years, in IBM, where he held the position of VP since 2007. Most recently, he was VP, Global ITS Sales for the Global Technical Services. He also worked in the Software Group Division. Mike also previously ran a data centre for a large Financial Institution, before moving into software sales with CA, and then IBM.
Mike began his career as a professional football player for Coventry City in the United Kingdom. He has worked and lived in Dubai, UAE for the last five years with his wife and two children.
Gordon is responsible for the 'go to market' of Cisco's routing, switching and wireless portfolio's in EMEAR, a portfolio that represents around 50% of Cisco's product revenues in the region.
Gordon joined Cisco in 1998 and has held various roles during his tenure. The roles included being responsible for Cisco's operation in Scotland and Ireland, a post he held from 2002 to 2008. Gordon then held a directors position at the heart of Cisco's Worldwide Sales Strategy and Planning Office. Most recently Gordon was responsible for the Security division of Cisco in EMEAR.
He continues to believe passionately in the ability of technology to deliver competitive advantage and improved service in both public and private sectors. He has also been a keen contributor in various public sector organisation over the past few years, including Board positions with Raploch URC, Sustainable Glasgow and ScotlandIS.
Gordon, lives in Bothwell with his wife Lynn, and his three children. He was born in Edinburgh and educated at Bearsden Academy in Glasgow. A former Scottish Schoolboys Golf Champion, Gordon is still passionate about golf and presently plays off a handicap of three – he insists this would be lower if his work at Cisco allowed him more time to play. He is also a fervent supporter of one of the Glasgow football teams, but declines to specify which one.
Frida Kleimert is leading the Channel and Commercial sales teams in Cisco UAE.
In the Channel area she has responsibility for managing and supporting +500 partners who represent the company's primary route to market. System integrators, value-added resellers, distributors, services partners, independent software vendors, and technology partners accounts for more than 80 percent of Cisco's revenue and is a unique differentiator in helping deliver business outcomes for customers.
The Channel team is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that create profitable growth and capacity for Cisco and its partners. With innovative solutions and services based on complementary technologies from Cisco and its partners, Frida and her team make sure that partners have the right capabilities and skills to serve existing and new market opportunities.
In the Commercial management role Frida is responsible for overseeing the sales and strategy for all of Cisco's Small and Medium business and the Partner Led go-to-market model.
Prior to her current role Frida was running the Channel and Commercial team in Cisco North Europe for +3 years achieving consistent year-over-year sales growth throughout her tenure. She was instrumental in developing new approaches to capture new market share, strengthening relationships with some of Cisco's most important partners, and driving double digit growth.
Frida is a highly respected leader who maintains a commitment to professional development and diversity in the workplace. She is an active member of Cisco's connected Women network and is a mentor to several Cisco people.
Prior to her nearly 12 years in sales at Cisco, she spent six years with Dell as a rising leader in its sales organization.
Frida holds a Marketing Diploma from a Swedish Business School and is currently taking an Executive MBA with HULT business school here in Dubai.
Clinton O' Leary, Cloud Lead at Cisco Middle East has over 8 years' experience in the Middle East helping end customers build Private Cloud platforms and advising large Service Providers in building Public Cloud Platforms across the region.
In his +20 years' experience in IT he has represented many large global IT organizations across Middle East and Africa in launching new managed services and Cloud programs for the likes of Dimension Data, Dell, Microsoft, Citrix and Red Hat. In his current role at Cisco he is driving the Hybrid Cloud agenda with Cisco's Intercloud Strategy to partners and customers in the Middle East.
Ahmad joined Cisco in March 2010 as Regional Collaboration Partner manager for the Gulf region, following his previous role at Avaya working as a country manager for Qatar.
In his early years at Cisco Ahmad was focused on developing, managing and enabling Cisco Collaboration partners landscape across the region, today Ahmad has a broader role of managing the entire Middle East collaboration partners including Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
In Parallel to his partner management role Ahmad is the Collaboration Mid Market sales ambassador having a full responsibility of driving the Business Edition product family sales enablement, promotions and growth across the Middle East region.
Ahmad comes with more than 20 years regional experience in the IT industry working for a global multinational companies and system integrators with a successful track in sales, business development, channel management, technical management, project management, P&L management and team leadership.
Ivan is has overall responsibility for development and execution of Cisco's Switching, Routing and Wireless sales strategy for the EMEAR and leads the Sales and Business Development activities to enhance customers productivity, profitability, security and lower costs through better use of intelligent networks.
Ivan joined Cisco 17 years ago and has a diverse background of both domestic and international sales experience, holding various leadership positions in Cisco Ireland and EMEAR. In these roles Ivan was responsible for building strategic sales strategies and also served as a key spokesperson to influence the media and government on the importance of technology to drive innovation and economic growth. He also led the Architecture and Solutions team in EMEAR, where he was responsible for delivering customer & Partner success through Strategic IT Roadmap (created by his team) and customer relevant solutions propositions.
With more than 27 years' experience in the data communications industry, Ivan has worked for both local and global telecommunications organisations. Before joining Cisco, Ivan worked with Alcatel for six years and previous to that with a reseller in the telecommunications sector for five years.
Tarik Al-Ani, a software Engineering graduate from University of West of England Bristol, UK joined Cisco Systems in the United Kingdom in January 2010, holding various roles from Territory Manager to leading their Cloud Web Security business covering UK and Ireland.
His current role focuses on leading Cisco Security's channel development and strategy across the Gulf by strengthening of its channel network with a better engagement towards the existing partners to better-serve Cisco's customers. Since moving to the UAE Tarik has achieved high growth in the Gulf region by accelerating the security business and further-protect Cisco's growing customer base in the area of Cyber Security.
Ali has around 16 years' experience in IT industry, most of it is around data centre design, operations and sales. Before joining Cisco Systems, he worked for various organisations including PTCL (Etisalat Opco in Pakistan) where he was responsible to build managed & cloud services portfolio of incumbent operator.
In his current role at Cisco Systems Ali is playing the key role to develop application focused capabilities in traditional Cisco networking partners in Gulf region. Ali is responsible to drive growth in Unified Computing system, Cisco Application centric Infrastructure and to make Cisco the trusted Data Centre partner for its customers.
