Informations générales

CUCM propose l'outil de surveillance en temps réel (RTMT) pour simplifier la collecte des traces. RTMT fournit une liste de noms logiques qui permettent aux utilisateurs de sélectionner un nom de service et de collecter des traces pour le ou les services sélectionnés. Il est parfois utile de rechercher les fichiers directement à l'aide de l'interface de ligne de commande. Ce document associe les cases à cocher RTMT aux emplacements des fichiers CLI. Les fichiers de trace et les emplacements peuvent varier selon la version ; cependant, ce document est exact pour CUCM 14.0.1.12900-161.
